I feel very bad for your employees they have way too much going on, on Friday and saturdays both days I interacted with Sierra. They were fantastic, however calling is a nightmare no one can ever pick up phone constantly goes to voice mail and takes so much longer to get quick questions answered like is my car done or can you send a Lyft. Very frustrating! Your budget cuts are impacting your costumer services and it has nothing to do with your employees it’s management makes me sad. Howard was fantastic! As was all the other folks there .

I need you guys to fix my transmission problems
My vehicle was kept for an entire day to perform needed service. When I pick up my vehicle no explanation of services performed was given. It was literally “we’re very busy, sign here and we’ll get your car.” This is not the caliber of customer service one is to expect from a dealership like Sierra Chevrolet. But I guess we have the option to take our business elsewhere which my family and I may need to consider since we’ve been Chevy owners for the past 2 decades.
I would appreciate a call to explain the service performed on the recall identified affecting my vehicle.
I waited less than a hour.
A waste of time. Waited 2 hours and the problem was not fixed.

After buying the truck in January 2018 and having to bring it in multiple times over the course of 2 years with a seat creek sound on the drivers seat, Sierra Chevy finally repaired the seat.
I had to contact the Chevy customer engagement center to keep the service dept and parts department on track.
Howard helped me after my 4th visit to the dealership and seemed to do what he could and has a very good temperament. I appreciated his efforts.
Finally after picking up the truck with the repaired seat, I found a loose part and the seat belt was disconnected. Clearly the mechanic had not finished the job and I had to wait for this to be put right.
Now I’m having issues with the touch screen and the window, which I have notified the dealership staff about but they were unable to replicate the issues. On my return trip from picking up the truck the touch screen had the same problems. Now I have to take the truck back in again tomorrow morning.
My 3rd time to dealership with the same problem, this dealership has only added oil and sent me on my way, want me to come back for 4th time for the same oil consumption test. That I just did. Remind you this is a 2018 Camaro V6 with 8090 miles.
