However, when I brought my 2019 Tahoe in for service it was clean but when my Tahoe was ready for pickup I had to take that dirty paper floor protector out of it and the plastic seat cover. I do appreciate covering the floor and seat but...
When I drove my car home and was getting out I noticed grease on my hands. There was grease on the door handle and greasy hand prints on my hood, not finger prints but hand prints! Then I noticed more grease on the bumper. It took me 15 minutes of scrubbing to clean off the grease off my new white paint.
I’m not a hard person to please but this is unacceptable. I bought a Chevrolet not a ford so I expect better.
Again, I have no issues with those I delt with just the grease.

Unfriendly, and communication was horrible.
Abe was very friendly efficient and professional. I was impressed with his ability to juggle the very busy service desk with efficiency courtesy and accuracy. Sadly the service dept was very backed up and it took over 3 hrs for me to get in and out for an oil change, even with an appointment. Abe did offer to compensate me for the inconvenience though, and for that I am very thankful!
