Came in for oil change which was done quick, told him about a tire pressure light, turned out had to replace a tire due to nail in side wall, got me off and running at a competitive price, did not drain the wallet. Thanks Howard

No need to contact. The mechanic was lazy, didn't bother checking what we had told him and tried to tell us we didn't know what we were talking about which is totally unacceptable.

Service center said it would he about and one and half hours. Expected to pick up my car by noon. I called at 1230 and the person that answered the phone could not locate my vehicle. I called back at 1 asking again about it and same thing. Finally the representative I dropped my car off became available and did not have any information on if my car had been started or if it was completed. By 230 I called back again and they said my car would be dont in 30 min. I get to the dealership at 310 and my car is still not done. When I complained the gentleman offered me a carwash to make up for the delay. The carwash was a code to a gas station down the street. Very poor service and no communication on what was going on with my vehicle. If they would have been forth write from the beginning I would have understood given it's a monday and may have been backed up. Simply do not give a "promised time" pickup if that's not guaranteed. Thank you

Oil was changed but oil percentage reading was not reset. Job was not completed. Also oil was spilled on top of the headlight and now the headlight is out. In a previous visit a check engine light revealed the valve cover needed to be replaced. After replacement by your tech the check engine light returned just miles from the dealership. I opened the hood to find a vacuum hose was not connected. I reconnected myself and light went away. The job was not completed.
