Jeff Marshall went above and beyond in service. I had a very challenging experience with my warranty and another dealership and Sierra Chevrolet and Jeff Marshall went to bat for me. I highly recommend them.
Dropped my car off at 1:00 told me it would be done 1 1/2 to 2 hrs didn’t get my car back till 5:15 almost 4 1/2 hrs my whole day was ruined!!!
Not at all completely satisfied with service provided. I'm very disappointed with Sierra Chevrolet after trusting them for more than 5 years. I hope I don't have to return to service my vehicle there again.
Please be sure work requested and charged for has been completed on my first visit as agreed upon. Warranty work should not be billable because I’m a female.
Friendly and helpful service
Although my service fees were comped at the end, due to terrible customer service, I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of communication about the timing of the work in my car. After 7 hours, my car still did not have all of the work complete yet, I did know until I came to pick up my car.

When I was checking out, the service representative on the other side of the room (not the person waiting on me) told a customer that the only people who paid by checks were old ladies. I am a female over 50 and I was very offended by his comment. His voice was loud enough so that I heard him across the room.
This comment is inappropriate and I am sure not true.
Please train your representatives not to judge the behavior of the customers on factors of age.
My experience with your service representative Abe during my previous maintenance repairs 6 months ago and the current repair, he has always been very pleasant to work with and he communicates very well with the service department intentions.
