You guys patched my tire. And it literally went flat right when I got home. It was a major inconvenience as I will have to put the spare tire on again just to drive back for you to fix it again on a work day.

I appreciate the service of my vehicle, and understand that it was a little harder dealing with a fleet account. on the other hand, I had to call several times to see if my car was ready. Was told it was ready only to find out it wasn't. Communication is key, and I feel Sierra Chevrolet did not meet the standard.

I was not updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call to find the status and find out that the part that was ordered would not arrive for a couple more days. I can’t be without the car, I have a job and a business to run. I can’t afford to have my car on the shop, specially while waiting for a part.
I called and desperately needed to have car serviced today and Jeff found an opening for me this afternoon at s reasonable waiting time of 2 hours. i am very grateful. I am new to the area and I will be returning for my car's future needs. Thanks.
