Well the last few times that I was there always chaosI did have a problem with orange peeling on the floor and Grease on my head liner Alonso the Driver seat was adjusted like you were going Cruz Whittier Blvd .

My car was there for 5 days for 2 tires and an oil change it’s ridiculous and the customer service was horrible like always this isn’t the first time I’ve been to that dealer every service I’ve been to has been horrible and they have damaged my car many times. I would never recommend anyone to Sierra Chevrolet

Since day 1 when I dropped off my truck for message reading anti theft system, they did not address that issue and had my truck for 7 weeks. I had made several attempts of calling and making trips telling them the issue. I was being ignored, Giving me the run around, calls were not being returned even the Service manager was not even returning my calls. They would tell me I had after market products and that might be causing the problem. I knew it was not so I had asked them for proof. I finally had to get rude about the whole situation, requested a different service advisor to help me. He got the ball rolling. Listened to me and what the issue was reading on message board. They did get it running And it was not any after market items just the anti theft module. Now my radio and fog lights do not work. There was nothing wrong with those things when I took it in. Again dealing with contacting them and no response . This has been the worst experience I ever had with a dealer.
Service and staff were great. Cost of repair was high.
Overall customer service is poor. Told my Volt would be ready Wednesday but it wasn’t until Friday. I understand things can happen, but I received no updates (when he said he’d keep me updated), and no response to the text (that Chevrolet sent me to allow for any questions). The dealership should stop saying they have “loaners” since those have never been available. When my car was brought round it hadn’t been washed (it never had been, and I always ask the person who delivers, who always just says “sorry”). That may not be a service you provide, but it’s a very simple customer service perk and after having spent over $700 to replace a mirror I would think a wash would be a nominal perk.
