Took my car in on Tuesday at 830 am I was told it was a big job but the tech would diagnose the problem, which I already knew what it was and had already supplied the replacement part. On Wednesday at 4:00 after never hearing from anyone I called to inquire and was told the tech went home early the service manager that day Abe couldn’t give me any info, had to call the tech and find out status, hadn’t even looked at car and needed a couple more days, Thursday after not hearing from anyone again my husband called after 4pm, and was told by Harold that the car had still not been touched, we insisted on picking it up early Friday morning, Harold was extremely rude to us, even though my husband had a right to be angry, we spoke to the manager, a lady, but I didn’t get her name, but she was very nice, and apologetic, won’t be coming to this dealership again

Only one problem. Phone service is terrible. No call back as promised. No answer of phones often. Contact to Sierra Chev. definately needs improvement. Management should over see for corrective action.

Efficient and professional staff took my vehicle on and completed the recall update and got me on my way. I’m grateful for that. I had a couple of warranty issues that needed attention, but I guess I’ll have to return someday to address those issues at that time? Under the circumstances with the diminished staffing, I was happy to get my car back same day.

Workers are always nice and polite when calling or when arriving. They are professional in what they do. I am greeted with a nice phone call at the completion of my vehicle service.
Great one day. Pretty bad on another. Service advisors didn't show up until 7:30 (hours posted is 7am). Then waited 2 hrs for oil change.
Abe was great from day 1 he was on top of me getting my car worked on ins.kinda frustrating but kept me informed and got me my car sooner then expect which was perfect...Give the man a raise..
My truck was in service for two weeks everytime I called to check status Jeff or the tech was either on lunch or off. I was told I would get a call back but that never happened. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable.

I brought my car on Wednesday and I received it till Saturday. I brought it for a recall and was calling back and forth all day until theyfinally provided me information the next day. Then when I went to pick up my car the front light it was not working, when I brought it initially it was perfectly fine. They mentioned that it was not them and had to pay 120 plus all the days I had to take Uber to work. I was not happy with the customer service .
