Was told it was only going to take an hour and a half but took 4 hours for my car to get an oil change with an appointment.
Received a voicemail stating that the service department test drove my vehicle after I dropped it off and they weren't able to find the problem. It's very inconveniencing to be going back and forth. I am not lying about the vehicle still turning off the day I picked it up on Thursday. What are my options about getting the vehicle properly repaired?

I must have SUCKER written on my forehead because the estimates Abe gave me for some door panel work and ONE rim were some of the most outrageous, insulting, infuriating estimates I have ever received from any mechanic, ever. You wanted $1300 to fix my plastic door panel, and $1400 for ONE RIM. ONE. RIM. $2700 for two insignificant car parts?! CRAZY! Needless to say I left your business with the same problems I had when I walked in there. Your service dept are lying thieving crooks. I got charged $350 for one single key remote. The remote runs for $15 on Amazon and the programming does not involve some strenuous labor. I feel dirty just having set foot in your crooked, price gouging slimy **** establishment. A lot of people admire my truck and ask where I got it. I used to send them your way. NEVER will I send anyone to your two bit operation ever again. In fact I will TRASH you every chance I get and have already done so on google. How do you all even sleep at night? Mighty fine I guess after your 300% mark up rates. This is why people never go to dealerships for service work. I can only hope your whole operation closes SOON because you don’t deserve to continue operating. Why not just switch to strong arm robberies?
