Hello, I had an appointment for my 2019 Equinox for it's first oil change at 1pm on 5/2/20 and I was told my vehicle would be done in about an hour. However, it was not completed till 4.5 hours later. Every time i checked in I was told it would only be a few minutes. Once the car was completed and I drove home my back bumber was not secured on and it was opened up I notced that the small screws that keep the back bumper and the door to the towing were gone. I tried to call multiple times, but no one picked up as everyone left for the day. I spoke to someone in the sales department as I would like to speak to the manager as I cannot drive my car with the back bumper being loose and open. I am extremely upset and unhappy that this being the very first experience I have with Sierra Chevrolet after purchasing my car from them and getting my car serviced tha it was returned to me like this. I would like this resolved and would like a call back as to get ny back bumper fixed. It is truly unacceptable that this occurred.
