I was supposed to get my tires rotated which I paid for but upon picking up my vehicle I realized they weren't. The reason I knew this was because I marked them before taking my vehicle in for service. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! HOW MANY OTHER VEHICLES HAVE BEEN DONE LIKE THIS? Mirabel resolved this but the technician lied and said he had done it. Can't run a business with employees like this.

Every time I get my car serviced at Chevrolet in Monrovia I am always disappointed. Despite having an appointment I always have to wait 3-4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. During my last visit I dropped my car off at 8:13. They said that there were only two cars ahead of me so my car should be ready in 2 hours. However, they didn’t call me until 12:40 to tell me my car was ready. It should not take 4 hours when there are only two cars ahead of me. I have gone to another location before and not only was my car ready in less than two hours but they also texted me with updates on my car. I have never been so disappointed with a company as I have been with Chevrolet. I will not be coming back here again

Representative wasn’t a good listener. I was explaining why I was there and she simply said, Its the check engine light. Anyway I would recommend that courtesy and concern matters!

I have never had worse service for my car or anything else ever than dealing with this company. My car was not fixed properly and I have to continue to waste my time to address this issue! Please give me a call at ****-****-xxxx
