I was told my wait would be 45 minutes but I waited for two hours.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, your employee called on Thursday, did not leave a message so I was unaware of the missed called. Called right back I could never get threw when I finally did the front Girls not answer the phone Instead transferred the call to a department that they knew was closed. I called from Thursday - Monday and finally got a person Monday after they had my car for a week.. the Manager Denise was the most helpful.
Service advisor was super helpful no double talk, would highly recommend Sierra Chevrolet service department to all my family and friends,

Was told at time of drop off that vehicle would be ready in 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. About 3 hours after drop off I called to check on it since I didn’t receive a call, and was told oh yeah it’s ready.
