The issue with my car was not solved. Also, it got worse.
When I brought my car in the tire pressure monitor in one of the tires was off. I dropped off my car on Thursday july 9th in the morning and picked it up on Saturday afternoon. The issue as i described it to Abe was a "service tire monitor system" alert that came on, since one of the tires was not showing the pressure on the screen. After picking it up, the tire pressure on all four tires is not being displayed. This issue was not addressed by your service rep. The only thing I was told was to bring it back so they can give me a quote on replacing these sensors at a later time...
Please have your service department manager give me a call to solve this issue. Thank you

Sierra is far and away the best service center I have experienced.
i had an 8 am appt for an oil change and a recall on a seatbelt issue that consisted of a rubber band - i walked out at 130 - if u ask me i think that is ridiculous -im still in shock /maria samano was very pleasant and professional but nonetheless your customet service ****

Provide safety to customer individual rides & maybe marjority of people still out if work my appt was on time but there is a glitch in the phone system when I call to check if my car is ready I got a message that the number I dialed us no longer a working number

It took awhile to find the problem because we couldn’t duplicate it at the dealership but I couldn’t go a day and it would not start without a jump. Finally Scott found the problem with pure dynasty checking every positive and negative wire. It won’t be soon forgotten and I suggest a Chevrolet bulletin because of the rarity and and others experiencing a similar problem. The main positive wire on top of the battery fuse links not sufficiently tightened. Great work Scott!!
Though the overall service experience took over 3 hrs while I waited; Abe checked on me and my car to help expedite knowing I was waiting. That meant a lot to me

No communication to the customer. I never got one single call, I was always making the calls. My car was with you guys for 7 days and couldn’t find the problem. This is the worst service I ever had. I would never recommend this place.
