I’ve been a Sierra customer for over 40 years. I’ve worked for GM 34 years. I’ve purchased at least 20 vehicles from Sierra. I just purchased a 2020 Blazer. There is a loud noise on the freeway. We made an appt to have it repaired. The service rep (SR Maryell) didn’t listen to me and said she would have it checked out and call me in the afternoon. She didn’t. We went at 5:00 to pick up the car she said they couldn’t find anything but she would get us a rental. We said no. We’ll take it home. The odometer was exactly the same as when we dropped it off. No one had even test-driven it. They had our car all day and hadn’t touched it. The SR was rude, she didn’t communicate and wouldn’t pick up the phone when we called. She should not be the person representing your dealership. Please call me if you want additional details.

I was charged 20 more dollars than quoted. Asked for all fluids to be topped off including diesel. The diesel fluid was not topped off or put in. When asked they said it would cost $12 but didn’t say anything when they had the truck
