Well Mariila my write up person was good. But communication is key to anything. But it broke down. Badly! I drooped off my car around 8:00a. You guys provide Lyft. I got a ride home. I decided to call at 11:30 to see the progress. She told me my car was ready, but she had to get my coupon approved by her manager. That couldn’t be found . So she called me back at 1:10 to say my car was ready... got a Lyfe ride. Went into the office. She tells me there’s a problem. Telling me I have missing lug nuts on all wheels! I knew that wasn’t true. So she went back to talk to the technician. He said no I don’t have missing lugs. Said they need to be replaced. And they tried to sale me some for $200 dollars. And you didn’t even have any in stock . So no tire rotation. And you took my coupon for work that you didn’t do !! And the so called Manager was no where to be found. Not even by phone!! Unacceptable!

I was very disappointed about the lack of communication with Abe but it turned out okay in the end.

She needs a vacation. Hope her day got better other than that a job well done.

There's always a good place to do take my car to get service

Everything was fine except we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our car. I paid online, so it was just the wait for the porter to bring our car to the front.

The AC is not improved after having the AC ReCharge service. It seems exactly as it was before

Everything went well except when I asked the lady if I can use a coupon for my service and she told me no it was too late and for next time to show them beforehand. She didn’t even try to fix it or anything.

No windshield sticker with reminder for next oil change

Full of lies change your stuff so bad 100% ****
