Abe was AWESOME!!! He made the process smooth, made sure I had a ride to and from the Service Department while I waited, stayed in contact with me to update me on my vehicle, and was overall very personable. He went above and beyond, and I was amazed that my car got a quick wash afterwards- it made my day. Thanks for your help today Abe!

Service tech never contacted me. If they were so busy they should have said so @ the beginning. After the fact is lame. I always had to chase down someone to talk to me re: status. I felt as if no one looked @ my car until it was there a day & 1/2!!! Nothing was done in a very timely manner. Last time I was in I was very happy with the service. Not now. My service tech apologized. Too little too late. Nice apology but not very heartfelt. Wish Sierra Chevy was more on top of things

I’ve visited many Chevy dealerships and was SO happy with the service provided at Sierra. I’ve been disappointed in the past at other dealerships and service stations, so I’m grateful Sierra took the time to inform me about everything my car needed and took great precautions for CoVid! That’s really important to me and I’m glad I got the service I did

Have gone to other local dealership in the past for service and have been very disappointed. However, visits to the Sierra service department have been great. Very pleased and won’t go anywhere else in the future. And, Abe is outstanding. He kept me very informed.

Anna was courteous and helped in completing the installation of accessories purchased at the time I bought the truck. Unfortunately the mechanic installing the accessories was not able to complete the install prior to the end of the business day, but Anna arranged for a loaner vehicle and my truck was finished early the next day. I have only one complaint about the installation. The mechanics doing the installation left the expensive chrome accessories covered with greasy smudges. There were also several smudges on the Artic White paint and back window. I brought the vehicle in clean and it should have been returned clean, especially the pieces they installed. If I ever bring the truck for service again, I won't bother washing it before, because now I know I will have to clean it up after.
