I understand it took some time for my car to be serviced however I was given the option for a Lyft. The People I dealt with throughout my experience were professional and friendly.

If GM is serious about competing with Tesla in the EV space you need to improve your service team. Having only one technician able to work on lithium ion batteries is unacceptable. To make matters worse it took two days to tell me that your battery technician had expired certifications and couldn’t even work on my car. Then I was told I had to call another dealership to fix my car. A more customer oriented company would have arranged transfer of my car to another Chevy dealer or at least confirmed a certified battery technician was available to service it and what dealer to go to. Very disappointing all around and not a good sign if you want to catch Tesla.
