I'm super happy most of the stuff is covered by my insurance but I still kinda BS when you guys have clean something and charge me 180 bucks for it. But I mean it's whatever I'm still happy I didn't have to pay for that part
Would like very much to see photos of damaged parts that were fixed. Especially when you say coolant leaking onto manifold that go into heater core. I admit I didn't ask for the photos. Just a thought. Something I may desire to see next time. Abe Tovar's service was great. Kept me updated and expedited my needs.

Jaime Vega is the best. That’s why I’ve been servicing my vehicle with him for the last 10 or 12 years and it runs great. It’s hard to find honest shops nowadays. Jaime is my go to guy.
I wen in for a routine oil change and also brought up an issue I was having with my brakes. Mariela made a note of it and the issue was addressed and taken care of.
I brought my car in because I got an alert that the left rear tire had lost air. I was advised there was a nail in the sidewall and I would need to replace the tire for $215. I decided to shop around, brought it to America’s Tires in Pasadena, and they discovered the nail was on the tread and they patched it for FREE. I don’t know if I can trust your service Dept in the future.
Oil change took two hours, plus I had to wait an additional half hour for someone to bring my finished vehicle out, which was brought out by the person who assisted me in the office. She couldn’t find anyone to bring out my car in a timely manner. I was there from 8:30 to 11:00, just for an oil change. Didn’t seem too busy. Not a whole lot of vehicles coming in while I was there.
She was very informative, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with her!

You guys had the truck for three days and all you did was the oil change. I hope, because the sticker to remind me of the next oil change it’s still the old one.
I called three or four times to get an update and my calls were never returned.
I’m very disappointed with your service and I don’t think I’ll be back again.
