I was quoted $4500 to replace a particulate filter Allen Gwynn in Glendale informed me it was miss diagnosed and made repairs for under $1000 I would not recommend services at your facility. I spent $144 for a bad diagnosis from your facility. You may want the consult with Allen Gwynn to better educate your mechanics on proper diagnostics. I’m jus glad I got a second opinion. I hope my input will assist you in offering better service to your customers. I would not decline a refund for your false diagnosis. Either way I saved $3500 by getting a second opinion

Starting at the top with Peter Hoffman then with Mike Hoffman and including all the service technicians,sales people,admin etc - everything they do is 1st class - thorough - and with expertise. Coupled with their congeniality I feel like I'm dealing with family!!
