Excellent and prompt service
Excellent service. I was very disappointed with a recent trip to the Glendora Chevy service department. Abe did a great job fixing the problem. I will definitely return for all future service.

ANA was professional and great. she was amazing actually.
However the repair wasn’t really a professional solution and then to top it off the person who parked my truck parked over the 4” curb and scratched the underside of the truck.
However Ana and the service manager were prompt in resolution.
I will have to drive back to Monrovia from Redondo Beach again but looking forward to a prompt follow up. Thanks !
Everything went well and seems to be running well.
They told me my car would be ready around 2:30pm. I told them my wife was driving me home and to call me when it was done. Around 4pm I got nervous because the latest I could pick up was 5pm. I called several times to the service department and it kept ringing. Once I was put on hold only to be hung up on a few minutes later. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I don't I'll come back for service never time I need an oil change. My car was done and no one had called me. Totally unprofessional. It wasn't even busy.
Abraham was friendly and courteous! The service was faster than expected.
I want to think Abe for answering all my questions. The service provided was magnificent and Very timely. Everybody was so polite and helpful.
My problem has not been fixed I purchased a Volt mid March the car has had the check engine light on I ve taken it twice to the service department. And still having the same problem I purchased a certified car to not deal with this type of problem
I had a very good experience at this service dept. Abe was very helpful and he also was able to get my truck back to me a day before I was promised.

Tire rotation should be done at time of service, note on my invoice states they didn’t know where the lock key was to remove the tires. However, a simple call could got answered that question and my service could be done properly.
Really disappointed.
They lost my keys qhen i came to pick the car up . Not her fault. Other service advisor Abraham, had the keys on his desk. Another service advisor didnt have his mask on.

Abe is a great person! My only comment is not regarding Abe or his service, but more that I have brought my vehicle now three times for the same issue without it being resolved.
