It would be helpful to know in detail what the inspection entailed and when done servicing, the courtesy to plug it in and recharge the battery while waiting for me to pick it up. I would have also like to have been notified of when the car was done via text. I did get a text but it was after I got there and though it was done I still had to wait 10 more minutes.
Yes did an excellent job of getting straight to the needs of my vehicle and kept me updated along the way with every step of the process

Edwin was helpful throughout the process. But 3 hrs for just a oil change. Seem to be way to long. When I pulled in I was first there. Was only 2 ppl waiting. 2 cars behind me see to go before. I had to go ask and they brought paper work but no keys so it just sat on desk for who knows how long. If regular oil change take 3hrs I will go elsewhere that won't take that long for routine oil change.

Joe was outstanding and went the extra mile to get mu vehicle repaired in time for me to leave on an out of town business trip. He is an excellent service writer and I look forward to working with him the next time.
Nelson listened to me and explained everything well. He got me a ride back to work which was very helpful. He contacted me when my service was complete and explained all that was done. He also remembered me from my previous visit!
