Abe was very attentive to my needs . He told me he was a senior adviser and I could definitely tell . He recommended that I replaced my cabin filter but I prefer original parts . He honored my discount coupon but added an extra 20 at the end . But the service was great !! And you should hire more advisors like Abe .also on a side note when I set up my apppointment I think his name was Andrew called me back promptly at 740am according to his start time he was very helpful as well

Service can be a bit more organize. I waited about 45 minutes before someone came to help me that look confuse. When my car was ready I came to pick up and the person that help me I guess was out to lunch and the guy that was there again seem confused. He looked bother he had to help me. Not a very professional crew.
Will be discussed if someone wants to know why!

I do not like the rewards system where I was required to request the rebate before receiving a quote for the work. The reward amount should not expire, especially not in only 30 days. Since I have an electric car, the reward system & maintenance warranty have been relatively unhelpful for me.
