My truck repairs were not complete due to lack of technicians,
So I had to take my truck with unresolved issues and make a new appointment.
I put my car in service on Dec 4,2020. Edwin Rivera who handled my case. Dec 4,2020 Edwin Rivera gave me a call back saying my car needed to replace the battery and recall. Then I asked him how long it would take. He told me about a week and ended up taking about 2 month to fix my car.Every week I called Edwin Rivera to update about my car. He always gives me different excuses and unclear timeline.I put my car service in Dec 4, 2020 until Feb 1, 2021. You guys take two month to fix my car. It is unprofessional. Every time I asked Edwin Rivera to let me speak with the manager. He said the manager will give me a call back but I never received a call from the manager. I just looked at the documents , and the technician started to work on my car on Jan 13, 2021. On December 4, 2020 until Jan 12, 2020, six weeks no one looked at my car and worked on. Edwin told me the technician was working on. Does this lie to their customer ? It is wasting my time to wait for my car to get fixed and for an unclear reason. It is not acceptable. This is becoming unreasonable and causing much hardship. Each time I call , I end up more confused than before I call, I know your area is busy and everyone is trying to do their best to get the job done. It has been over 7 weeks moving on to the 8th weeks, everytime i call, there is no clear timeline and I feel more stressed and anxious. How do your guys treat customers like this? Today I picked up my car and it was dirty inside and out. You guys don't wash your customer car before handing it to your customer. It is terrible service !!!!!
