Some background history. Late last year I attempted to order a new 2020 C8 Corvette from several dealers near my home. None of the dealers would take an order. They wanted me to wait until they received a car and call me to see if it was what I wanted. UNACCEPTABLE! I wanted to order with specific equipment. I finally found a dealer some 30 miles from my home who would work with me and I purchased the Corvette there. I spent $95,000++ MSRP plus taxes and license. I then approached Edwin to establish a dealership much closer to my home. Edwin had the right attitude and he didn’t care where I purchased the vehicle and he was there to take care of my service and warranty needs. Edwin and mechanic Scott have made me feel very much at home at Sierra Chevrolet despite the fact that I was forced to purchase the vehicle from a competing dealership. Everyone has been super helpful. Edwin and mechanic Scott are a CREDIT to your dealership!!!!!

Sierra service advisors and technicians performed exceptional service to all issues needed to be addressed. Joe's customer service was over the top. He went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle left the dealership with no problems. I will definitely recommend this dealership.

He was very helpful with explaining what needed to be done and what could be done next time. He also let me know of additional issues and whether or not I wanted them fixed at the same time, before anything was done.

Edwin was my service advisor and he facilitated a conversation with the technician and was responsive to my concerns. The service was for a check engine light. The problem was diagnosed within a couple of hours of the shop opening and that service and some maintenance was done by the end of the day. I was overall happy with the service.

I would love to speak with the service manager about my experience.
