Took way too long. Communication was poor. Misquoted cost when picked up car. Over not sierras fault just gm is not impressing me with there product. First Chevy I owned and the most problems and I've only had the car six months.

At the beginning, I was unhappy and frustrated with the manager’s performance. Too slow figuring out the problem and to order parts. No respond to my phone calls or letting me of status. Frustrated, I had to take my car back and wait for the part to arrive. It was claimed the part was stock in weather storm. Part comes in and they don’t call me until I had to stop by to find out parts have actually arrived. After that, things went smoother, I made a new appointment to have the part installed.

Besides the battery software update recall, I asked for 27500 miles service and it was not being done, no tire rotations, no multi point inspection report or updates. I left the car at the dealership at 8.49am, no one called me back and I have to call at 3pm to find out the status. No one was answering my calls and I have to call the sales department asking their help to transfer me. When I was there to pick up the car, the service rep was chatting with a friend in front of the office, leaving a guy in the office to run around trying to look for answers for my questions. This is my first visit to this dealership, and probably will be my last.
