When I left my truck yesterday it was ok. I picked it up and the low air sign came up. Why didn't anyone check that and put in air? Other than that. Edwin did a good job. I don't blame him. It was who ever move my car that should have notice and put a little air in the tire. The truck has all new sensors replaced recently

Problem not fixed and no answers as to what’s next.

I used to love going there and having my car serviced but this time around I was very distant satisfied I have to call over 10 times get an update on my car people want to show up for work mechanic wasn't there I just felt like I was getting the runaround so this will be the last time I use your facility for any type of work on my car

Bridgette and Edwin were great. My original rep was not. Very poor communication and information from Nelson. Multiple phone calls and texts went unanswered. Car was in the shop for more than a month without an offer for a loaner car despite requesting it multiple times. Things improved once I spoke with Bridgette and Edwin.
