Took way to long to complete an oil change and service. Was told it would take an hour and a half (which seemed a long estimate). It took 2 and 3/4 hours while I waited. Not happy.

Joe is one of the best ones there in service! Him and Abe are always on point with customer service! I was also super happy my vehicle was ready before expected / early and the car wash too! Not sure if you guys change the management or what but whatever you did keep it up!

Edwin was very rude and made me feel if I was lying about a situation in which the whole service department than new me by name which made me uncomfortable. Abe was way more helpful and he wasn’t even the one in charge of my vehicle
