I fixed my RV 8 months ago. I paid $560 for repaie fee. the service manager Mike said I have 12 months Warrenty. if I have same problem withen 12 months we fix free service.
Righ now my RV had same problem issue. But Edwin charged me $165 again. He said it's for soft ware solution. I don't know he fix or not he didn't drive test this time. I worry if I have same problem next time do I need to pay again. Sierra Chevrolet wrote on the invoice is 12 months warrenty for free service.

I felt I should of been notified each day but I had to do the calling and I was given to Diane Brereton. Who did answer my questions. I felt I was a nuisance.
This is my Yelp review: I took my truck in on Wednesday morning because the Service 4WD message kept coming on. Its now Friday at 2:30 and they still have not looked at it. I called and left messages and no one would call me back. I'm on my way to pick it up now! Never again. They are always slow to respond, but never has my truck sat there for 2 1/2 days. I'm done with them!
