This was part 1 of 2 of my service experience, namely ordering the correct parts which will take a day to be delivered to this particular dealership. Part 2 will be the installation of the parts. Clarity as to what to expect is important to this customer. My service advisor made it happen. Thank you!

Have respect for people's belongings well their vehicles are being serviced, contact the owner if you need something that they need especially if the owner is on campus waiting for his vehicle thank you.
