Joe is a man of his word. He was professional, listened, and made sure my Traverse was repaired correctly and in a timely manner . He got me the quotes for new tires and let me know the exact amount everything would cost. I could tryst him and that is saying a lot! Sierra Chevolet is very fortunate to have Joe working for them!!
