Nelson was great! Helped me figure out exactly what servuces I needed done and kept me updated witb concerns I had! Great service!
I guess they did what they were supposed to do.
Joe was great at everything from the moment I arrived, ordering a car for me and keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. Professional and informative throughout.
One side note and not reflective of Joe or the service team but maybe incorporate a wash of the vehicle before customer picks up?

You took forever to get the cart fixed. When you spend 6!ton8 weeks getting a car done you need more mechanics but chevy’s policy of let the client wait shows no respect and I would NEVER BUY CHEVY AGAIN!!!!
I was utterly dissatisfied the way Edwin handled my service today. Upon checking in at 7:10 am, he informed me that he would get me out within the hour. Almost two (2) hours passed and he told me that the car was still being checked up and he needed 45 minutes more.I told him to pull the car out as I had an appointment to keep.Edwin knew that I came from Torrance and he even commented that it was long ways from the dealership. I said could we change the database - he replied he would do it upon check out. It was fortunate that I stopped by to get some snacks and read the remarks that -I declined the oil change and that I would come back some other day. I was given the impression that what was not done was the multipoint check up - not the oil change. Upon reading the inaccurate statement, I called him and I said I was going to bring the car back and if he could have someone attend to the oil change service. He told me that there was only one service tech to do the oil change- and hence the delay. I was cordial and managed to be civil because I needed the oil to be changed as it took me more than an hour to go to your dealership. Long story short, I got my vehicle back in a little more than an hour after I came back. I asked for a copy of the multipoint check up so I would know what needed to be done on my vehicle and he informed me that the PC was acting up and that he would send the information to my email address - which he read from the account profile. Edwin could have been upfront about the situation and updated me on the situation while I was waiting inside your waiting room. He could have told me that the oil change service was not done. Instead he made it appear that the multipoint check up was not done. It was fortunate that I had not left the area when I read the inaccurate comment that I declined the service. Why should I when I had to wake up at 5:00 am and left for the dealership at 5:45 am just to arrive at 7:05 am? He is rather sneaky and lacks customer empathy. Score: Total FAIL.

Edwin didn’t do his job professionally and told me my vehicle was going to be ready in two days when it took 8. When I asked to talk to the manager she helped and switched our service representative to Nelson who did his job efficiently.
I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived on Monday June 14th Edwin provided service as he was the only available service representative at the time. He failed to provide me with any information Monday-Wednesday. As I wondered the status on my car I called the office. Nelson happened to answer and he began explaining that although he wasn’t assigned to my case he’d be able to assist me until Edwin could return my call. Nelson provided me with more information on Thursday morning than Edwin had in 3 days. Edwin returned my call the following day and said that he’d put a request in to the technician to receive the engine service on my car. I then called on Monday to check the status once more and this time I asked for Nelson. He said that my request was never put in. I then asked if he could be assigned to my case because at this point it had been a week and I did not receive any assistance. I spoke with Diana she allowed me to change my service over to Nelson and thankfully he completed my services within the 2 days he helped me. I was able to pick my car up on Wednesday June 23rd the following week. Without receiving any services on the first week I dropped my car off. Overall, 5 stars to Nelson Arteaga!
