The trailer brake that was installed was very complicated. It took a lot of time and patience. I had a lot of questions, they were answered. When the car was not going to be ready for our camping trip, Diane stepped in and had the technician stay after hours to finish the job. Diane stayed to make sure the job was complete, and had me pick the car up after hours. Thank you for going above and beyond to meet our deadline.

Edwin was very honest with me about having to reschedule next week to finish up on my concerns regarding my AC and rear camera. The technician was on vacation. I appreciate his honesty and getting me an appointment with the technician.
My dash had two cracks in it but now its broken, it looks terrible now .
Nelson is a very nice guy. Broke it down step by step in what they did to my truck. He also answers all your questions and if he doesn’t know the answer he goes out his way to find it .
Edwin was fine. Your dealershaip needs to retrain your service dept reps. When I saw my vehicle was ready. I walked into the service dept. I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting in the office while one guy talked to his buddy on the phone and the other younger rep was texting. Then he decided to call his girlfriend. I finally said, does anyone work here? The short older guy with a beard still ignored me and the one with the glasses/younger, said he would call someone to help me. I can take my business elsewhere if I am going to be ignored. I dont have to stand there and listen to personal conversations. This was on 7/20 around 9 am.

When I arrived I was told it would be 2 hours so I decided to walk to store near by and return. I arrived back in 2 hours and was then told it would be an additional 20 mins. After waiting over an additional hour a sales manager asked if I needed help which I explained the delay. He spoke to service team and was able to get the oil change done. The explanation contradicted from what the service technician told vs what the sales manager said for what the delay was. I am not happy with the miscommunication and expect a better way to handle clients who have a busy schedule.
