Diane and Joe were excellent and attentive to a customer since 1988 (that has purchased 9 new Chevrolet vehicles) and was upset because of this issue and the last crappy and unforgivable experience he had with a different Chevrolet dealership. Not only did they do their job but they went above and beyond the normal role in customer service. I give them 6 stars out of 5.

You had me bring my truck in and said you would diagnose the problem on Fri and we kept calling and calling to see what was wrong and we got put on hold time after time. The kids who were taking down all the info wasn’t the problem. The problem is the certified technicians and upper management in my opinion. They said they finally looked at the truck and said it was an internal problem with the motor which we didn’t believe for one minute. And we told them so and we asked for our keys and had a man that knows about fixing diesels told us right away it was the smog pump.it doesnt start making a noise until you run the truck for awhile. They simply didn’t want us to keep calling and bugging them due to their ineptness. If you can’t get to someone’s truck then at least tell them it may take a week. Then people don’t have to get so frustrated and mad. We won’t be returning and the 5k people i know on social media will also hear about it. Never been so disappointed in a business in our entire life.
