Edwin as always is very courteous and takes care of issues concerning the servicing of the truck.
Edwin Rivera was very forthright and honest with me. Though I was unhappy that my car was in the shop for 3 weeks. It seems that the part had to be shipped by GM in Detroit, which took time, and the first shipment was for the wrong year. However, Edwin kept me apprised and updated quite regularly and was sympathetic to my concerns. He is a genuine human being and was exceedingly professional at all times.

This is the third time I scheduled my truck to get it fix :window passenger , cámara , gaskets coming off and a noise in the back of my truck .
I will appreciate if next time you give me an appointment, make sure you have a technician otherwise don’t make people waste their time and in my case to borrow a car from someone else for that day and to find out once the truck was dropped off that don’t have a technician .
Like I said this is the third time ... is not fair!!!!!!
