Problem not fixed, second time in. If you had checked your work you would know it was not fixed. This is warranty service so at this point I will take the car to somebody else.
I am dissatisfied with my service experience for the following reasons: 1). My vehicle was returned to me with trash in it (the plastic put on the seats and the paper that covers the floor mats were balled up and left in the vehicle) 2). I specifically asked that no one road test my vehicle. My request was ignored. 3). When I respectfully complained about Gabriel's unauthorized road test to the manager (Roy) he was unsympathetic and uninterested, at best.

Jeff was nice and helpful. He arranged for the warranty rental car, made it very simple for me. What was not satisfactory was that it took over 24 hours to do the software recall work on my Volt. Why should it take that long to update the s/w?
