Not the fault of the service representative, but disappointed that shuttle is no longer available at 3:30PM. Also frustrating that the service engine light has been an issue three separate times in three months for three different diagnostic codes. Starting to question reliability of Chevrolet products. On the positive side, the cafe is great!

Every time I go to Sierra, I always deal only with Jeff Marshall. As usual everything went perfect. My car was completed on time, everything was corrected to my satisfaction. I will continue to keep coming back there. Jeff is a model employee. John H

Problem not fixed. I spent almost 300 and my headlight switch is behaving exactly how it did before the work was started. I have no low-beam headlights when the lamp switch is in the "full on" position. Maria was nice and helpful, but the problem is not fixed.
