Spent 2099 to fix the car overheating- only to find out later that I can't control the heat or turn down the A/C that part was working before it was fixed. But I liked the way Samantha handled it she was helpfully but I have to say I was disappointed that what worked before I brought it in was not working when they were done with my car????
Jeff was quick to get my car back to me at the specified time. He made sure to get me a loaner car when they needed to keep my car. Thank you Jeff for your amazing service.

Sam's service was exceptional! However, I was a little disappointed that my car was returned to me unwashed and uncharged, and the windshield wiper fluid had not been refilled as I'd requested. This was my first service experience at Sierra. Washing and charging the car were standard items at Ford. Maybe it is different for Chevy.
