There seemed to be a lot of confusion when I went to pick up my truck. They sent me to the back, the caisher did not have my paperwork, she sent me back to the front, where they found my paperwork, then I had to go back to the cashier to check out and get my truck. Also I had a 7am appointment for an oil change and a 12 volt plug not working. I was told it should be done around noon, at 2:30 I called to see the status, was told the oil change was complete but no on looked at the plug yet, then was told the shuttle service ends at 4, I told her I would need a ride, at 4pm I called back again to inquire on the status, left a message, and my call was returned around 4:10, finally it was ready and they would still be able to send a shuttle. Being told it would be ready at noon, and not having communication until I reached out and then not being able to pick it up until 4:30, for a routine maintenance is too long. Maria was polite and professional when she spoke to me. Just feel that you should be aware of customer experience.

Juan was fine. Just not satisfied that the service department didn't try and troubleshoot what was going on with my truck. They test drove it a few times but it just sat there.
