Juan did an excellent job and did send me updates. I was not pleased with the amount of time it took to remedy the issue. Further delay was due to waiting for the car to be road tested which in the end it was not. It was also returned filthy on the outside.

One thing I wasn't happy about Juan he didn't come look for me in the waiting area He called my cellphone and said I couldn't get a hold of you! So why wouldn't you look for me when I told you I would wait for my car. Very disappointed Maria did a better job! Can't believe she quit.
