JUAN WAS FANTASTIC. However, what's up with having to wait 10 minutes to be waked on when 3 service writers see me waiting inside... RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR DESKS... an older white male, tatted white or Hispanic female, and a 35-40 yr old white or Hispanic male, NOT WORKING... and just blowing me off... just ignoring my presence. REALLY? When Juan came in he IMMEDIATELY ASSISTED ME. I but for service customers... those 3 employees wouldn't be working at their jobs. If you the way... that was my FIRST experience at your dealership but if it had not been for Juan it would be my last especially because of the LAZY OLER WHITE SERVICE WRITER whose desk was located at the eastern most portion of the room on the south side of the room... that guys got a job? REALLY
The service ended up taking longer than I would have hoped, but I'm confident the fix was made. I will follow up with Juan on a scratch I noticed though. Maybe some touch up paint will work but I wanted to ask about whether a technician moght remember the cause?
