New car 7000 miles took time off work to get at the dealer and they say they can't work on the car , They have no transmission tech so they recommend me to take to another dealer? I understand things happen and the service team took real good care of us they offered a loaner car and checked the car out and got us out of the dealship fast and gave me the codes for the next dealership So thank your team for fast service and letting us know of this problem Thx Pete

I am satisfied with the service I received today. However the service that involved in replacing my water pump was apparently not done 100% correctly. We are now waiting one week for a new gasket to fix the oil leak. I do not recall having to wait one week for the initial repair, therefore I am curious to know if the gasket was installed originally or if they reuse the old one. Clearly reusing the old gasket would have been Risky, but would have saved money for the dealer.

Everything about my experience was great, except for the service I received from Samantha. I was wondering if she was a special needs person because she didn't say many words at all. She never called even once to update me. I had to ask for a manager just to get updates on my car, the manager Roy Brewster took care of everything. I wish Samantha had the same or near customer service as he did. Ultimately these things happen but, why is Samantha so terrible at customer service?
