As soon as I arrived at the service drive I was greeted immediately by Jeff. I voiced my concerns about my vehicle and was inside getting the paperwork extremely quick and out the door just as fast. Shortly after I was being updated on the status of my vehicle. I couldn’t be anymore more happy with the professionalism of Jeff and his crew!!!

Deniz was great, communication was great, service was on point. Sam, whom I initially had my service order through was horrible numerous times. When I asked about my engine, because it was in there for a check engine light but also was having obvious engine issues and making an audible clicking noise, she said over the phone “it’s not making a clicking noise”. Completely inaccurate and ignorant of the fact that it was and I had to ask if although it had been making this noise consistently without fail for weeks if it wasn’t making it for them, and than I think she was able to, or transferred me to the head of service, to outline the fact the car was diagnosed for the check engine light and the codes that would pop up for that alone and specifically. Another time she started talking about how the mechanic I use, or dealership I got my vehicle from might be an untrustworthy shop. Deniz and the service department head, whose name I no longer remember, were great and trustworthy and utterly redeemed your shop. Thank You for your time in reading this.

had no problem with jeff. my complaint is that on our paper work it states our tires on our 2012 Silverado 2500 were rotated. this is not true because the rear back tire is bad and that tire is still in the same spot. my husband was so upset he said he would go elsewhere for maintenance.
My car in the morning has a loud engine noise only when starting never made that noise before
It would have been great if the price was lower. The avacado burger needs improvement and the fries. For the amount of money I spent the at least should have placed Armoral on my tire?!
