Kevin checked the van when I dropped it for oil change. He was uptight and not friendly. When I came to pick up my van I found there is a scratch on the right front corner of the vihecle. I informed Kevin about it. He answered that he did not see it because my car was dirty. He called his manager Mr. Sharble who refuse to take any action towards it and asked me to call my insurance to report the damage. Mr. Sharble also told me if I do not like thier service not to come back Again. Also, the breaks started to squeak therefore, I believe I will not recommend Sierra Honda service to anyone in the future.
I am writing to you complaining and because I need a resolution on this matter.

Vince greeted me in a respectful manner and listened intently with the issues I had with the car. He was honest in his assessment and final estimated costs of my repairs. I didn’t feel as though he was trying to rip me off in making unnecessary repairs.
Vince Tran is an outstanding service writer and also goes over and beyond to make sure my Honda Accord sport is always taken care of.
