Mr Adam Lopez is always very helpful,I've been a client for the past 3yrs. At Sierra Honda plus I purchased 2 New Vehicles from this dealership i have probably been helped by approximately 4 to 5 Service Adviser's and from what i can say Mr.Adam Lopez has been more helpful than those other service advisors he is Definitely an Awesome Adviser.

Kevin went above snd beyond for me. When he discovered that I didn’t bring water, coffee or food, he arranged transportation to Target so I could get something from Starbucks. I knew the little cafe would be closed due to COVID but had no warning that the vending machines would be gone. Maybe the Monrovia dealership should forewarn ripple bringing their cars in for service that there is nothing to eat or drink—even the water fountain was disabled.

It was nice not having to payout alot of labor cost. Everytime I go in I end up paying alot of money for labor. Especially when I see my car just sitting there in the garage with hood open.

Service was great as alway, but one of the service technician disconnected my dash camera by unplugging the USB cable connection from the dash. This was unnecessary.
