Kevin is honest and with good customer service. He told me all the problems my vehicle had and the price of the repairs. He didn’t force me to have all the recommendations done all at once. He worked with me with how much I can afford at the moment. He had a smile on his face and very welcoming when I first went into the office.
Vince is an excellent service advisor with great customer service skills. I have had previous experiences with a service advisor that were definitely unpleasant. With my other vehicle he went above and beyond to assist me. He should definitely be recognized for his commendable work.
