I was disappointed when I got into my car and the service now displayed was not cleared. I am use to the dealership cleaning my car after service. Your website advertises shuttle drop off. It did not happen

Robert was very nice. I liked him a lot. He was courteous and professional. He didn't come across as too busy to help me or too uptight to want to help. These are qualities I've experienced in other service techs, so he was a nice change. He seemed more customer-centric. Focused on care of the customer. I appreciated that very much.
