Billy quoted a high price as compared to other Honda dealers in the close proximity and didn’t fully price match it. I asked to speak with a manager and he declined saying he is not available. I ended up paying $100 more than the other Honda dealer price. I would like a manager to call me back so I could get the over charged money back. Thanks

Robert was great, only thing is is that an accessory I paid for previously and thought was going to be installed, was not. It was the chrome side mirror covers. They may not be on your list but I show them on mine, that I've paid for.

Billy did a great job and I’m very happy with the outcome. I’ve been in parts and service for over 20 years with Nissan , Hyundai and Mitsubishi so I know a few things and Billy did not try to BS me at all. I will come back for my needs in the future.

Bill Tam is a great service provider. I haven’t felt completely comfortable with anyone since Eric left, until I met Billy. Hopefully he will stay with Sierra.
