Sara went out of her way to accommodate my needs as a customer. She was extremely friendly, professional, and a joy to work with! I'm a Sergeant of Marines and I would love all my Marines to have as much enthusiasm about her job performance as Sara does. Thanks again Sara!
After dropping off my car, I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to get to the dealership; knly after another customer complained did we get a shuttle. Also, my tire warning light came on when I was almost home. I had to go back. It was annoying because I had to go back to get it checked. However, it didn't completely ruin my experience. Other than those two experiences, it went well.
Erik was warm and friendly and kept me updated. No complaints at all.
Vince was completely wonderful! Very pleasant and respectful. I have one suggestion. Last time I serviced our car at Sierra Honda, I was not charged because it was for a system update and my car was cleaned/washed/vacuumed. This time, it wasn't and we paid 68 for an oil change. I'm happy paying more for an oil change because I know the quality of the oil is very good, but I was also hoping/expecting for a cleaned car.

When arriving for a service then the computer alerts Kevin of other things due on my vehicle. Brake fluid evacuation;Power clean cooling ssystem and Fuel system Induction cleaning.578.95. Then upon calling me to tell me my car was ready. I was told after this other work was completed that I was in a real need of front and back brakes. Which would be a total of 1,100 dollars.Unfortunatly I was not able to afford. I would have done my brakes before any of the other work as they are more of a safety issue but unfortunately I was not givin this information. So therefore I left there needing a repair I believe should have been done before the other things that were done. Not a good practice in servicing a car. Safety first.
