I had to wait over 2 hours and at the end she said she would email my paperwork because "I didn't know anything". I thought it was a bit rude, and I still have no receive an email with the updates about my vehicle or what the inspection had said.

Vince is a very valuable part of the Sierra experience. From the initial phone contact to the initial in person greeting, to the contacts and the delievery of the vehicle. Customer Service is very important to me and Vince delivered. We/You need more team members like Vince. Keep an eye on him and you will see he is different and special. I wish everyone at Sierra and elsewhere had his level of customer service. It reminds me of Longo Lexus in many ways. Thank you for the opportunity to say some words about Vince.

Brian was very helpful and clear. It's a comfort to go to a place where they are very organized. While we waited we played a game of Scrabble that we brought with us.
