I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and battery sensor recall and was on paper that should be done by 10 am...I waited till 10:30 and asked if It was done then the advisor went to check and that's when I saw my car drive into the garage to get serviced when I saw cars that were coming in at 10 going straight into the garage. The advisor said 15 more min. I believe they completely forgot about my car and then rushed to get it done in 15 min so I left close to 11 am, almost 2.5 hours later when I know it shouldn't take this long and I had an appointment. This is the second time back to back I had an experience like this at this dealer. Why can't the service dept get their act together? I called mike shable and told him about this and he said he would find outwhat happened but I'm not sure if he was going to contact me and inform me on what happened.
I was WOWED that the time you gave me as when my car would be finished was right on! The reason I was so shocked was because I hadn’t made an appointment for that morning but since my meeting was canceled I thought I would call at 9 o’clock and see if it was possible and I was told to bring it in and brought it in which took me an hour to get there. Sierra Honda is spectacular ????????????????
Vince’s Service was very efficient. He understood my concern and had one of Honda’s more experienced technicians check the car. Every thing was fine, and the service was very prompt.

The only problem I had is when I made the 7 a.m. appointment and I advised the representative that I would need a shuttle, I was not informed that the shuttle was not available till 8. I would have made other arrangements if that was the case and would have not dropped off my car that early. Thank you.
