Kevin Eng was a pleasure, and provided excellent customer service. He was very easy to communicate with, and was able to answer all of my questions. I am satisfied with the service that I received, and will continue to go to him for all of my Honda service and maintenance needs.

Hi there; I usually don't give comments like this but I was really unsatisfied with service Alex in service provided me. He was very rude and care less from the beginning and after 2 hours of waiting I asked him for some updates about my car he said you just have to wait and he's not sure how long would that be or he didn't even try to contact anybody to get some updates he said since its a used car he don't handle it and it's up to used car manager. I was there from 7 Am till 12 PM and when my car was finally ready I test drove it and it started making a new sound so I ended up leaving my car over night and had to come all the way back again next day. Having said that I have to appreciate Ray' s help(Chevy service manager) he stepped in and follow thru the whole process and even offered me a loaner car from Chevy department. I give Ray 5 star his help was very sincere and I was very happy with his customer servuce.
