Minor complaint: Took 15 minutes before my work order was written up. Service seemed good and courteous.

We’ve always been pleased with Kevin’s Service since we purchased our 2010 Pilot new at Sierra HONDA.

My car was ready before the stated time so I am very happy with my service.

Vince always provides great customer service and answers all my questions.

Hi there; I usually don't give comments like this but I was really unsatisfied with service Alex in service provided me. He was very rude and care less from the beginning and after 2 hours of waiting I asked him for some updates about my car he said you just have to wait and he's not sure how long would that be or he didn't even try to contact anybody to get some updates he said since its a used car he don't handle it and it's up to used car manager. I was there from 7 Am till 12 PM and when my car was finally ready I test drove it and it started making a new sound so I ended up leaving my car over night and had to come all the way back again next day. Having said that I have to appreciate Ray' s help(Chevy service manager) he stepped in and follow thru the whole process and even offered me a loaner car from Chevy department. I give Ray 5 star his help was very sincere and I was very happy with his customer servuce.
